I LOVE macaroni and cheese! It is my all time favorite comfort foods. When we found out I was sick and I couldn't eat anything with high volumes of fat I new mac and cheese was out. WELL! after searching around I finally found a Low Fat Mac & Cheese recipe. I hope you all love this as much as I do!
Canned Goods 1 (10 3/4 ounce) Campbell's Reduced Fat Cheddar cheese soup, condensed Pasta & Grains 1 cup Pasta 2/3 cup fat free Milk
Heat the soup, milk and water in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.Stir the pasta in the saucepan. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes or until the pasta is tender, stirring often.
** I added a little bit of cayenne pepper, we like things with a bit of spice.**
